Job Description:
As a Senior Online Reputation Analyst, you will be responsible for providing detailed analyses of clients’ online reputations, advising on strategies to maintain positive visibility, and reporting on key metrics.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor online reviews, social media, and other platforms for client reputation trends.
• Create reports on reputation metrics and provide actionable insights to improve the client’s image.
• Collaborate with the removal and client management teams to implement strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in online reputation management.
• Present reports and recommendations to clients on a regular basis.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in data analysis or online reputation management.
• Proficiency in analytics tools and reputation management software.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent presentation skills.
• Experience in client communication and reporting.
• Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
