Job Description:
As the Senior Client Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing key client accounts, ensuring smooth communication, addressing concerns, and overseeing the successful removal of harmful reviews.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple high-value client accounts.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns.
  • Collaborate with the Review Removal team to ensure timely resolution of client issues.
  • Provide strategic insights to clients about their online presence and reputation.
  • Build long-lasting client relationships by offering exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, preferably in the digital or reputation management space.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Experience in building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on client satisfaction.
